Shipping and Return Policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We want our products to not only deliver what they promise but go the extra mile that other vendors don’t provide. For that reason we like to go straight to the manufacturer and, with a lot of our apparel and accessories, have your product made specifically for you. Please keep this in mind when placing your order:
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, customizing, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. If the manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days. With custom orders please allow 3-4 days from the initial order for customization. We will send you tracking numbers as soon as they are available and keep you abreast of any issues that may arise.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 12–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Please be patient as we are always looking for solutions to get you your product as quickly as possible.
Return & Refund Policy
- Thanks for shopping at Games of Future Past. We understand things don’t always work out but your satisfaction with our product is paramount. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
